How to Lose Yourself (5 Steps)

Supposedly, at some point adolescents, adults, middle aged folk, old people, humans… feel as if they have somehow reached a point where their life is at a devastatingly different point than they had envisioned. This feeling can be most debilitating for the transitioning hormonal teenage-adolescent. Losing oneself can be very easy, especially if too much is happening and one fails to notice.

Step 1: Stop Writing

Step 2: Stop Dreaming

Step 3: Stop Believing

       Step 4: Stop Setting Goal

Step 5: Stop  Smiling
